We now have 24hr access across the whole building! (Available upon request)

What Size Units Are Available At Prime Storage?

Our storage facilities offer all our customers storage rooms from 15 sq ft – 275 sq ft.

We would always suggest visiting our storage facility first however, to get a better idea about how much space you will require and useful storage tips.

What Items Can You Store In Our Self Storage Facilities?

You can store just about anything in our self storage units such as household goods, seasonal items, sports equipment, motor bikes and tools.

We do not however, accept the following to be stored in our storage facility:

  • Compressed gasses
  • Flammable items such as Fireworks
  • Items of an illegal nature such as illicit Drugs and Narcotics
  • Perishable Foods
  • Firearms
  • Ammunition or explosives
  • Chemicals or biological agents
  • Waste such as asbestos or any other potentially dangerous materials
  • Live animals
  • Hazardous goods

What Safety And Security Measures Are In Place At Our Storage Company?

No matter what size unit you choose or storage cost you are paying, our storage facility offers CCTV and on-site security guards 24/7, giving you peace of mind when looking to store your possessions in our storage space.

In addition only one person (usually the person signing the storage contract) will receive a key to the self storage unit. 

This means that this person is the only key holder and the only one who has access to the rented storage unit, and its contents.

How Do I Book A Self Storage Unit?

You can either visit our website and book online or call us in store on  0151 832 4000. If you are near our storage facility, you can pop in and speak to the team.

Do I Need To Provide ID?

Yes. We will require the following two forms of identification for our records:

  • Recent Utility Bill
  • Photo ID such as a Driver’s License or Passport

If you are unable to provide the relevant information, please contact us on 0151 832 4000.

Pricing

Prime Storage will always try to ensure prices are competitive, simple and clear to understand.

Our prices are based on a 50% discount for up to the first 12 weeks of your stay, and then a standard monthly rate thereafter*

Standard invoices are paid monthly in advance.

If you are looking to stay long term, we can offer a further 10% off if you pay for 12 months in advance!

Prime Storage, Liverpool, reserves the right to remove prepayment discounts if accounts fall into arrears for any reason.

*The initial 50% discount deals are strictly offered to new customers only.

Prime Storage reserves the right to remove discounts at any time in line with these Terms and Conditions.

Do You Offer Insurance?

As with all self storage companies, your possessions must be insured.

If you are unable to find appropriate storage insurance cover, we can offer affordable insurance, under our own insurance policy.

What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with the option for long term business customers to pay monthly, via our autopay system which charges the card automatically each month.

Do You Provide Packaging Materials And Transport?

We have for sale in our Self Storage facility, a range of accessories to help make your move as easy as possible such as boxes, bubble wrap and tape.

We collaborate with Volkswagen to provide a free van rental on the condition that you stay for at least 8 weeks & your unit is 75sqft or bigger as stated on the units & pricing. This is an incentive for new customers who are moving in & not out so it must be taken within your first month of storage.

Do You Offer Any Assistance In Loading Items Into Storage?

Our storage facility is able to offer various trolleys, pallet trucks and forklifts to accept deliveries, operated on your behalf.

To ensure loading items are available on your move in date, please contact our in store team, to make arrangements.
